We are creative strategists and insightful coaches skilled in driving change across a range of organisations including government, not-for-profits, educators, community-based organisations, large corporations and SME’s.
 

As a team, we share decades of experience across a diverse range of business and industry. We offer accredited Certified Management Consultants (CMC) and Growth Coaching International (GCI) accredited coaches and we adhere to the global quality standards for advisors and consultants, ISO 20700.
 

We partner with our clients to ensure your needs are understood and met.

 

Since our inception in 1980, we’ve worked with a diverse and interesting range of clients to deliver thoughtful, creative and achievable strategies.  We are constantly challenging traditional processes and methodologies and re-invigorating our practice for solutions focussed outcomes.
 

We assist clients to set new standards and achieve high level results, propelling them into a dynamic, exciting, challenging, successful future.
One of the keys to our longevity and success is our ability to develop and maintain long-term client friendships based on mutual trust.  It is our aim to establish relationships that span more than one project, if the need exists.

Richard Elliott
Principal

Richard established Pacific Southwest in 1980 and is a creative strategist and thought provoker.

Richard specialises in regional economics, organisational and industry assessments and growth strategies, business planning and feasibility studies, community project master planning and preparation of business cases to support community development.

Richard has had strong ties with the peak international body for Management Consulting, the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI) and was instrumental in the initial development of the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) competency.

Outside work Richard is a father and grandfather who loves watching the share market, doting on his grandchildren and beach walks.

Meagan Kruger  
Principal

Meagan oversees the day-to-day operation of the business and has accumulated experience across a diverse range of project types and clients since joining Pacific Southwest as a QUT Business graduate in 1997.

Meagan’s passion is ensuring each project is managed efficiently and effectively resulting in delivery of a final product that is unique (no cookie cutter reports here) and fully understood and owned by the client.

Outside work Meagan is a busy mother to two young daughters and loves reading, seeing live music, cooking and spending time at the beach with her daughters.
