My working relationship with Pacific Southwest spans some 20 years commencing in 1999 when the Maroochy Shire Council (of which I was Mayor) engaged Pacific Southwest to undertake a feasibility audit for the proposed Sunshine Coast Arts and Convention Centre.  The purpose of which was to determine the need for a 1,000-seat performing arts theatre and a multi-purpose conference/ convention centre for 2,000 delegates.  The outcome of this audit confirmed the need for a larger facility, so Council then engaged Pacific Southwest to prepare a full feasibility.
It was a project that I, and many others, firmly believed would not only significantly enhance our region, but that was essential to our status as a growing regional centre of population.
Pacific Southwest and Richard Elliott in particular, understood our needs and worked diligently to assist Council in our mission which was successful in gaining State Government funding for the project. Their work was thorough, innovative and well thought out and the Pacific Southwest team worked seamlessly with Council, key stakeholders and the community. What impressed me most was that Richard and his team researched globally to ensure that our regional facility was economically and competitively solid and sustainable.
I can thoroughly recommend Pacific Southwest to provide you with a sound, sturdy feasibility report for your proposed facility.I commend Richard Elliott and his highly motivated team to any organisation requiring the successful delivery of outcomes.
